It doesn’t ends here as Indian Women registered their first iconic bilateral series win against Australia, with amazing all-round performance by the squad.
India Men registered an historic win in the third T20I at Sydney, with Raina scoring a match-winning knock of 49 off 25 deliveries and Yuvraj hitting 2 boundaries at the crucial stage when India needed 17 off last over. This was the first time ever Indians managed to whitewash Australia in their Home.
With Rohit Sharma hitting 400+ runs in ODI and picking up the Man of the series trophy, hustling for Kohli worked during his 199 runs scored in T20 series, when he received the Player of the Series award.
There were amazing performance by Australians as well with Aaron Finch scoring half century in the second game and Watson showing his allround performance in the third game with his 124 run knock and also picking up a wicket with a catch. But the instincts followed by Indian players with their performance soaring on match by match, makes them the real contenders of the trophy.
